Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping our handmade Pickleball apparel and gear! Here, please find the details of our Refund and Returns Policy. Contact us at pickledpaddler@gmail.com for questions related to refunds and returns.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at pickledpaddler@gmail.com. We will instruct you to  send your unwanted item to: 5621 Crittenden Ave. Indianapolis, IN 46220.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When it is received in like new condition, your refund will be issued.

We do not send out items as automatic exchanges. You can purchase your replacement item from our website at your convenience.

You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email letting you know your refund has been processed.

As a refund is issued, you will see a credit applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
